World Book Day Thursday 5th March 2026 'Traditional Tales with a Twist'

World Book Day celebrations began last week with our energetic 'West End in Schools' oracy workshops, where children were fully immersed in Traditional Tales.
This Thursday marked the big day itself, and the children had a brilliant time dressing up as book characters, decorating gingerbread men and participating in our book swap event! We can now look forward to next week's Spelling Bee Final, as well as our annual Poetry Slam and Handwriting Competition next term. Mrs Bullard
