Kindergarten Trip to the Parkridge Centre

Kindergarten had an amazing trip today at the Parkridge Centre. We enjoyed a bug hunt, a scavenger hunt for butterfly life cycle images, we balanced sticks on our heads like ants do with their food. We then enjoyed a sensory session, looking for things with different textures, smells and sounds. Anna our host was wonderful.

The Kindergarten children were fabulous walking all the way there and back. Aaron wore his pedometer which read over 8000 steps when we got back to school so the pitstop picnic on the way back in the park was a welcome rest.
