Year 5 Black Country Museum Visit

Today proved to be a great success. The children thoroughly enjoyed learning about what life was like for a child living during this period. We entered several shops, looked around homes, had a harsh lesson in the school and made our way through the dark tunnels of the underground mine. The children loved sitting on deckchairs at lunchtime and many sampled the chips. The fairground was as popular as ever and the children enjoyed spending money on games, rides and of course - junk food!
