Year 3 had a very busy morning at the Parkridge Centre with lots of active 'forest school' learning all about flowers and bees as part of their Science Curriculum.

We made a jigsaw to identify parts of a plant, raced to see which bee-team could collect the most nectar and then became one giant 'human flower'. Our favourite activity by far though was den-building in the woods, and the children displayed brilliant teamwork and enginuity!  We were so proud of them! A huge thank you to our wonderful parent helpers too for supporting the children so enthusiastically!
