On Tuesday 1st March, Year 3 visited Solihull Central Library to learn more about William Shakespeare. We worked in small groups, named after characters from Shakespeare’s plays. We had questions to answer about Shakespeare’s life, the Globe Theatre and life in Tudor times which we found by looking around the library, reading books and looking at posters. Whilst some were researching the answers to their questions, the rest of their group tried to fill in the missing words from famous poems and sonnets. We had a busy, interesting morning and found out lots of information about William Shakespeare.
