Year 2 DT - Making Pizzas

Year 2 had a wonderful time making pizzas. They began by kneading and shaping their fresh dough, learning all about the structure of the gluten in the bread and how it helps the elasticity. They then added their toppings and they were cooked and ready to take home for teatime!
