Year 1 Visit The Parkridge Centre

Year 1 had a fantastic trip to the Parkridge Centre. We learned all about mammals first and had a go at building homes for hedgehogs to hibernate in using lots of natural materials. Then we learned how badger families all smell the same and had a go at creating our own nature smells by collecting items. Next we created large group pieces of art of different animals - see if you can spot a butterfly, a rabbit, a bee and even a dinosaur! The children's behaviour was excellent and they were a credit to our school. Well done Year 1.
