Year 1 Visit Hatton Farm Park

On Wednesday, Year 1 enjoyed a wonderful trip to Hatton Farm to link with the children's current science topic. We had a very bumpy tractor ride, fed the goats and saw lots of farm animals. The children really enjoyed their scales and tails session too and so many of them were brave and held either the snake or the lizard. We ended our day having some fun on the fairground rides and in the soft play. The children were fantastically behaved and I was so proud of them. We also received lovely comments from the staff at Hatton on how well the children represented Ruckleigh.
