After an initial washout on our first scheduled Middle and Upper School Sports Day, I feared for Sports Day after the deluge we had again on Tuesday. However, with the help of a brilliant team we managed to get the field prepared for Sports Day on Wednesday. The field looked immaculate and all the children took part competitively, but also sportingly, congratulating each other on their successes. Rosettes were awarded and records were broken as the children ran, jumped and threw their way through 3 hours of sporting activities. We now look forward to next week’s Lower School Sports Day.
