Ruckleigh Spelling Bee Final

This week, we held the final of our annual Spelling Bee in a special assembly.  After challenges in class, the most successful children went 'head to head' with their year group counterparts to find each year's Spelling Champion of 2024.  The tension and excitement were palpable, but the children all confidently demonstrated their excellent knowledge of challenging scientific vocabulary. Congratulations to all our champions and runners-up - what an amazing achievement! The results were as follows:

Kindergarten: Winner - Nayan, Runner-up - Myra

Year 1: Winner - Nooriya 1P, Runner-up - Ayesha 1P

Year 2: Winner - Ali 2CC, Runner-up - Eamon 2RC

Year 3:  Winner - Ronith 3B, Runner-up - Srihith 3M

Year 4: Winner - Hasya 4N, Runner-up -  Mathila 4B

Year 5: Joint Winners - Vanya 5F & Aarya 5R

Year 6: Winner: - Zayan 6W, Runner-up -  Arnav 6S
