Nursery Pizza Making

After creating a list of ingredients based on yesterday’s plans, we set off on a walk to Sainsbury’s. Along the way, the children spotted lots of interesting sights, including buses, post vans and pedestrian crossings. Once in the shop, we carefully followed our list, finding each item and placing it into our basket before heading to the till—where the beeping scanner was a definite highlight. Back at school, the children used their designs to make their very own pizzas, adding a few extra tasty toppings along the way. We finished the day with a delightful pizza picnic in the sunshine.  What a fun and memorable experience for everyone!
