Lyndon School Maths Competition

On Tuesday 9th July, we took a team of eight mathematicians to compete in a maths competition at Lyndon School. The day started with some maths problem solving followed by a number cross and a mathematical relay. The children rose to the challenge and communicated well amongst their teams, so much so that the secondary school prefects at Lyndon were impressed with their mathematical agility and speed. There were five teams competing and Ruckleigh's teams came first and second place, by a clear lead. Congratulations to Neil, Vanya, Neeva, Roshan, Hassan, Mahdi, Ibraheem and Hessa, you represented our school beautifully.
