Year 4 Trip to Art Gallery

Year 4 had a fantastic trip to the Herbert Museum & Gallery on Friday morning where we were lucky enough to see world famous Dippy the Dinosaur. We can also confirm that year 4 are in fact longer than Dippy! In the gallery, the children looked at different portraits, sculpture and patterns. They then had the opportunity to have a go at printmaking, creating their own pattern using polystyrene and ink. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed our first visit to this museum and gallery. We look forward to visiting again next year!
