Year 3 Eco Art Workshop

On Tuesday 27th February, Year 3 took part in an Eco Art workshop (conducted by our visiting artist Ros). Year 3 were tasked with creating a Lion's head made from recycled materials, such as an old shopping basket, a variety of different fabrics and decorative feathers. The art workshop developed pupils' skills with mod-rocking, in order to strengthen the sculpture, and collaging. Year 3 really enjoyed creating a realistic looking Lion using a range of colours and textures. The end product looked amazing so hopefully we shall see that on show soon!
