Year 2 visited the Parkridge Centre as part of this term's Science work. They had a fantastic time pond dipping and were able to catch and examine a great variety of creatures. 

They explored the habitats and food chains of local nocturnal animals and learnt how hedgehogs build themselves their hibernation nests. The children also completed an experiment that showed the effects of numbers of predators and prey in an environment.
