Year 2 Art Trip

On Wednesday 6th March Year 2 visited the Herbert Art Gallery in Coventry, where the children took part in a sketching workshop.   They looked at types of portrait and landscape paintings and learned about perspective.   The children then had a go at drawing their own sketches from the paintings in the gallery.

Year 2 were very excited to be able to see Dippy the Diplodocus on display in the Museum.
