Year 1 visits St Augustine's Church

On Monday, Year 1 visited St Augustine's Church in Solihull. Deacon Kevin showed us all around the church and talked about the important statues of the different saints and of Jesus. We looked at the stained glass windows and also the font at the front of the building. Some children even had the opportunity to ring the church's bell which we all enjoyed listening to! The children were beautifully behaved and they all enjoyed learning more about what the inside of a church looks like.
