Year 1 had a very exciting trip to Brueton Park’s Parkridge Centre. Luckily it was a beautiful sunny day. The children had the opportunity to use professional equipment to measure the amount of sunshine, wind force and humidity. We also enjoyed creating artwork using natural materials such as stones, feathers, leaves and logs etc. It was lovely to see the children working well as a team and were excited to explain what they had created. They said that the best part of their session was painting their creations with mud! We were also able to have a lovely lunch in the new picnic area after a busy morning. We had a wonderful day and would like to thank the parents who helped us.
