Whole School Healthy Eating Week 12-22nd June

On Thursday 15th June Year 3 made a delicious variety of sandwiches which they had designed and created with their own ingredients. Some delicious breads were used: Ciabatta, Italian and seeded with exciting fillings such as olives, hummus and mozzarella cheese. On Friday 16th June, Year 2 two created a Royal Rice Salad with rice, peppers, kidney beans and apricots. This morning, Year 1 created a juicy fruit salad with strawberries, grapes, satsuma and bananas. We have also been completing some Active Maths activities this week: Year 4 have been playing an addition and subtraction game and completing multiplication challenges.....getting fit and challenging our maths' brains at the same time!
