Year 5 had a fun but rather wet day at the Black Country Museum finding out what life would have been like for a child during Victorian times. They experienced a lesson in the schoolroom and decided that they definitely preferred lessons at Ruckleigh! They also went down the mine for a taste of the difficult conditions that many young boys of their age would have had to endure! The highlight of the trip was a visit to the Victorian funfair! A great day was had by all!
