Kindergarten had a great day at Ash End Children's Farm learning how to look after a wide variety of animals and become "farmers". We fed goats, sheep and ducks and saw a turkey, pigs, horses, lizards and birds to name a few. We got to stroke a one day old chick and even had some baby birds sit on our lap. We ended the day with milking our very own cow and at the end of the day the farm even sent  each child home with a fresh egg for their tea!
The children were very well behaved and it was a delight to take them to visit the farm.
